I've been living at Elan now since June of 2016. Since the new management company, Valiant, has arrived, the property has arrived, I've seen such amazing progress in the condition of the building, and an improvement in overall customer service. I have to say that Alex, our amazing Assistant Manager, is the glue that keeps the office running. I'm truly appreciative of everything she and the maintenance staff do to keep our 10 year old building running well.
